What was your last non-radio job?
I like to mix my careers at all times! I’m also a Realtor in New Hampshire and will be licensed in Maine and Massachusetts soon. So basically if you’re thinking about buying or selling in New England, I can help! Or need a DJ for your wedding or party? Got that covered too. I’m busy.
How do you spend your time outside the station?
Fall and winter are the best seasons so obviously skiing and winter sports are the way to go. I have 2 dogs, 2 cats, 2 kids and a husband so fitting in time to spend with all of them is high on my list of favorite ways to spend my time. Other than that – reading, music and hanging with friends and going to shows and going to open houses lol. trying to fit sleeping in there somewhere too. Any charity that helps animals and kids. I’ve always felt that animals and little kids really need us to help them. It’s impossible for them to speak for themselves, so they need to rely on us to do the right thing. Be someone they can rely on and do the right thing. You can literally save a life.
What is your favorite Boston band, past or present?
The Fools, Ripe, Private Lightning, The Cars, Dropkick Murphys, Mission of Burma, Modern Lovers, Mighty Mighty Bosstones and let’s not forget the Rings… oh and Jon Butcher! oh and the Lemonheads. and Extreme. (yeah, I said it.)
What was your first concert?
1st show was the J Geils Band in Nashua NH. They were mindbendingly fun to see. My second show was The Ramones – just wow.
What are some of your favorite TV shows, past or present?
SVU and any true crime murder show, Only Murders in the Building, SNL – so many to choose from it’s hard to pick.
What is your favorite time wasting website?
HGTV site, reddit, and damn you TikTok – once I get on it it’s suddenly 2 hours later!
